    【摘 要】目的：探究在脑梗死患者治疗中采用氯吡格雷联合阿托伐他汀钙的疗效。方法：选取60例脑梗死患者，时间自2020年8月至2021年8月，根据用药方案差异将所有患者进行组别区分，分对照和观察两组，各30例，分别对两组患者实施常规治疗和氯吡格雷联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗，患者治疗后的疗效及神经功能缺失评分将作为护理效果对比标准。结果：于两组患者总有效率统计中，观察组高于对照组，数据可计入统计学标准(P<0.05)；于两组患者神经功能缺失评分中：观察组治疗后评分低于对照组，数据可计入统计学标准(P<0.05)。结论：将氯吡格雷和阿托伐他汀钙联合应用于脑梗死患者，其治疗效果较常规治疗更高，对改善患者神经功能缺失现象具有较高的使用价值，值得广泛推广。
