    【摘要】目的：探究布地奈德雾化吸入治疗肺炎的有效性。方法：随机选取2020年8月至2021年9月期间我院收治的80例肺炎患者，按照抽签方法随机分为两组，参比组给予儿科常规治疗，实验组在参比组的基础上给予布地奈德雾化吸入治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果：治疗后，实验组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于参比组，临床各项症状消失时间均显著短于参比组，肺功能检测指标情况优于参比组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在肺炎群体中给予布地奈德雾化吸入治疗，可以提高临床治疗的总有效率，同时可以明显缩短临床各项症状消失的时间，显著改善临床肺功能指标，值得广泛推广。
