    【摘 要】目的：分析慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者康复护理中进行体外膈肌起搏护理的效果。方法：将我院2020年1月—2021年12月的104例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者作为评价对象，通过随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组，其中研究组52例，实行体外膈肌起搏护理；对照组52例，实行常规康复护理；对比两组患者的护理效果。结果：(1)研究组的护理满意度，高于对照组的护理满意度，具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)经研究发现，两组膈肌活动幅度、第一秒用力呼吸容积FEV1、用力肺活量FVC、FEV1和FVC比值 FEV1/FVC比較，统计学的意义均存在(P<0.05)。结论：慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者接受体外膈肌起搏护理，在提高患者对护理服务满意度的同时，能够很好的改善患者的膈肌活动幅度及肺功能，故而建议在临床方面予以应用和推广。
