    【摘要】目的：分析延续性护理干预对慢阻肺患者的作用。方法：2018年10月—2021年9月，从本院收治的慢阻肺患者中选取80例，利用随机数表法分为两组，各40例，对照组：常规护理干预，试验组：延续性护理干预。比较两组依从性与疾病恢复情况。结果：试验组依从性为95.00%，高于对照组80.00%(P<0.05)；护理前两组患者CAT评分组间对比，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，护理后两组CAT评分均低于同组护理前(P<0.05)，组间比较试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：在慢阻肺患者护理中，延续性护理能够改善患者疾病状况，促进其病情恢复，并提升患者依从性，利于患者机体状况改善。
