    【摘要】目的：探讨人性化护理联合中医定向透药治疗对精神障碍患者的负面情绪及睡眠的影响。方法：从在我院精神科进行治疗的精神障碍患者中收集与研究相符的70例患者开展研究(2021年9月—12月)，将患者进行随机分组，各35例，对照组接受中医定向透药治疗，研究组在此之上开展人性化护理，对比两组的负面情绪及睡眠质量改善情况。结果：干预前两组的SAS与SDS评分经过统计分析得出没有差距的结果(P>0.05)，干预后两组的上述评分明显降低，尤其是研究组的以上评分减少的程度比对照组更大(P<0.05)；干预前两组PSQI评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)，干预后研究组的PSQI评分比对照组还显著的减少(P<0.05)。结论：人性化护理联合中医定向透药治疗可有效缓解患者的负面情绪，改善睡眠质量，对促进精神障碍患者病情康复具有积极意义。
