    【摘要】目的：研究舒适护理应用于老年性哮喘护理中的效果。方法：将我院2020年1月—2021年12月的96例老年性哮喘患者作为评价对象，选择随机数字表分组方法，将96例患者分为研究组48例，實行舒适护理措施；参照组48例，实行常规护理措施；对比两组的护理效果差异性。结果：(1)经研究发现，研究组的护理满意度为93.75%，高于参照组的护理满意度77.08%(P<0.05)。(2)经研究发现，研究组的住院时间、住院费用，均明显低于参照组差异性突出(P<0.05)。结论：老年性哮喘患者护理中采用舒适护理模式的效果理想，主要体现在可获得患者对护理工作的满意与认可，以及缩短患者的住院时间、减少患者的住院费用方面。
