    【摘要】目的：探讨康复理疗在老年骨性关节炎患者中应用的临床效果。方法：随机抽取我院96例(2019年1月—2020年12月期间)老年骨性关节炎患者开展研究，均给与康复理疗。然后观察患者的治疗效果，对比治疗前后患者的疼痛评分、关节功能、生存质量。结果：治疗后，治疗有效率为98.95%，治疗后患者的疼痛评分低于治疗前，治疗后患者的关节功能优于治疗前，治疗后患者的生存质量高于治疗前，差异显著(P<0.05)，结论：对老年骨性关节炎患者，应用康复理疗，可有利于患者关节功能恢复，效果显著，值得广泛推广和应用。
