    【摘要】目的：分析急性胰腺炎患者在接受保守治疗期间为其提供医护一体化团队协作护理模式的临床价值。方法：对照组为常规护理，同期观察组采用医护一体化团队协作护理。结果：护理前两组SAS、SDS、PSQI评分均较高(P>0.05)，护理后SAS、SDS、PSQI评分观察组较对照组更低(P<0.05)；并发症率观察组为5.41%，对照组为21.62%(P<0.05)；禁食时间以及住院天数观察组较对照组缩短(P<0.05)。结论：对于行保守治疗的急性胰腺炎患者采用医护一体化团队协作护理有利于缓解其负性情绪、提升睡眠质量并降低并发症率，且有利于加快患者病情康复。
