    【摘要】目的：分析門诊护理对老年高血压患者依从性的提高作用。 方法：采取抛币法将200例老年高血压患者分为100例/组，对照组实施常规护理，观察组进行门诊护理。比较血压、依从性的变化。 结果：(1)三个月后，观察组患者收缩压水平、舒张压水平都低于对照组(P<0.05)；(2)三个月后，观察组各项健康行为依从性都比对照组高(P<0.05)。 结论：对老年高血压患者加强门诊护理，可以积极控制血压，提高其依从性。
