    【摘要】目的：探究手术室急诊患者护理应用循证理念下的手术室护理模式取得的护理效果。方法：选择我院手术室急诊患者52例进行研究，时间2019年3月—2021年8月，采用随机数字法分成对照组(常规护理)和试验组(循证理念下手术室护理)，比较两组手术麻醉苏醒情况、疼痛程度。结果：入院时两组患者心率、血压水平比较差异不显著(P>0.05)；麻醉苏醒期患者心率、血压均上升，试验组低于对照组，差异显著(P<0.05)；试验组患者术后疼痛评分显著低于对照组，差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：对手术室急诊患者采用循证理念下手术室护理模式具有很高价值，手术麻醉苏醒良好，术后疼痛程度低。

    Study on the nursing effect of operating room nursing model based on evidence-based concept on emergency patients in operating room

    【Abstract】Objective： To explore the nursing effect of the operating room nursing model based on the evidence-based concept in the nursing of emergency patients in the operating room. Methods： 52 emergency patients in the operating room of our hospital were selected for the study from March 2019 to August 2021. They were divided into the control group (routine care) and the test group (operating room care under the evidence-based concept) by random number method. The recovery from anesthesia and the degree of pain were compared between the two groups.
