    【摘要】目的：分析容易引发重症监护室患者发生压疮的危险因素，并探讨相应的预防和护理措施。方法：研究对象为2019年7月—2020年8月在我院ICU治疗的重症患者，并在治疗期间发现压疮生成，共纳入100例。回顾性分析患者发生压疮的危险因素，提出预防、护理措施。结果：根据数据分析得知重症患者血液循环障碍、局部皮肤摩擦和多汗更加容易引发压疮，因此在重症患者的护理工作中需要引起注意。结论：了解压疮产生的危险诱因，从而在患者日常护理中进行有针对性的预防压疮的工作，这一措施对重症患者的非常有利，压疮的减少不仅减轻了患者的痛苦，另一方面也避免了加重患者经济压力。
