    【摘 要】目的：探讨健康教育在改善冠心病心绞痛患者不良生活方式方面的作用。方法：选取在我院就诊治疗的90例冠心病心绞痛患者作为研究对象，应用抽签法将所有研究对象分为实验组和对照组，对照组患者接受常规护理，实验组患者则在常规护理的基础上加用环节式健康教育，比较两组患者护理前后的疾病健康知识掌握评分和生活方式改善情况差异。结果：两组研究对象护理干预前的疾病健康知识掌握评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；实验组患者护理后的疾病健康知识掌握评分要高于对照组，健康饮食和坚持运动等生活方式保持率要高于对照组，组间差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：科学且全面的健康教育措施可有效提升冠心病心绞痛患者的疾病健康知识掌握能力，有助于患者良好生活方式的保持，对于患者的病情缓解有着重要的意义。
