    【摘 要】目的：探究消毒供应中心规范化操作流程对眼显微器械的清洗效果。方法：以2021年1月—12月为研究时段，1月～6月本院消毒供应中心未实施规范化操作，取100件眼显微器械作为对照组，7月～12月实施规范化操作流程，同样取器械100例，设定为试验组，比较器械清洗情况。结果：试驗组在清洗、包装、器械完好率和发放方面的合格率分别为99.00%、100.00%、99.00%、100.00%，均高于对照组93.00%、94.00%、92.00%、95.00%(P<0.05)；工作人员对于试验组满意度为95.24%，高于对照组80.95%(P<0.05)；试验组仪器保养时间和取用时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：针对眼显微器械清洗工作，消毒供应中心规范化操作流程能够提高管理合格率，缩短工作时间，临床相关工作满意度更高。
