    【摘 要】目的：探讨健康体检中彩色超声检查早期甲状腺癌的随访护理服务实施效果和意义。方法：选取2020年1月—12月期间在我院健康体检中心进行甲状腺彩色多普勒超声检查甲状腺结节TI-RADS 4类及以上的患者100例，2021年1月—10月甲状腺彩色多普勒超声检查甲状腺结节TI-RADS 4类及以上的患者100例。将随访与未随访人员进行对比，研究健康体检中彩色超声检查早期甲状腺癌的随访护理服务实施效果和意义。结果：随访患者对体检前后的健康教育、服务主动性和沟通流畅性的评分，均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)，比较差异有统计学意义。结论：在健康体检彩色超声检查早期甲状腺癌患者中开展随访护理服务，能够显著提升患者的护理满意度，可将其作为一项常规护理模式进行推广应用。
