    【摘要】目的：探讨慢性心力衰竭患者实施个性化健康教育的临床护理效果。方法：抽取此病患者210例分析，分组不同护理，分析个性化健康教育的临床效果。结果：观察组经此护理方案后心功能情况、生活质量以及睡眠情况明显优于对照组；差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：针对心力衰竭的患者实施健康教育个性化护理后能够提高临床护理效果。
