    【摘要】目的：探讨侧卧位手术患者术中实施针对性干预方案对压疮的预防效果，以及对患者满意度的提升效果。方法：将我院2021年1月—10月侧卧位手术的84例患者按手术顺序分组。单号为对照组，采取常规手术室护理；双号为观察组，术中针对性护理干预，对比两组患者压疮发生情况以及满意度评分。结果：对照组压疮发生率为16.67%，观察组压疮发生率为4.76%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组满意度评分结果高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：护理干预可有效控制长时间侧卧位手术患者的压疮发生率，同时提升患者满意度。
