    【摘要】目的：探究消化性溃疡出血患者使用IKAP模式护理后的效果。方法：对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用IKAP护理模式，比较两组患者干预前、后健康行为、心理状态评分，及再出血发生率。结果：干预后，观察组健康行为评分高于对照组，心理状态评分、再出血发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：IKAP护理模式可以改善消化性溃疡患者健康行为和心理状态，降低再出血率。
