    【摘要】目的：分析在肩周炎与肩袖损伤患者鉴别诊断中MRI诊断的准确性，评价影像学诊断价值。方法：遴选本院治疗的57例肩周炎和57例肩袖损伤患者为对象实施研究，研究起止时间段为2019年10月—2020年10月，全部患者均通过关节镜手术证实为肩周炎、肩袖损伤，对于全部患者实施MRI检查，以关节镜手术结果作为金标准，分析MRI诊断情况。结果：关节镜手术结果证实，114例患者中，分别有57例肩周炎患者、57例肩袖损伤患者。MRI检查准确性低于关节镜检查(P<0.05)；MRI检查漏诊率、误诊率高于关节镜检查，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：在肩周炎和肩袖损伤的鉴别诊断中，MRI具有重要的诊断价值，可明确疾病类型，诊断准确性较高，同时可明显降低漏诊率，能够为临床诊疗疾病提供更为可靠的影像学数据，有效改善机体预后。
