    【摘要】目的：分析探討关节镜结合有限切开治疗膝关节多韧带损伤的临床疗效。方法：选取我院2020年接收治疗膝关节多韧带损伤患者40例为观察对象，所有患者均接受关节镜结合有限切开治疗，将患者手术前后的临床症状改善情况、膝关节功能评分量表与活动评分量表进行比较。结果：所有患者术后的临床症状改善明显，并且术后的膝关节功能评分量表与活动评分量表均高于手术前，数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：关节镜结合有限切开治疗膝关节多韧带损伤具有积极意义，可以明显改善患者的临床症状，提高治疗效果，促进患者康复，值得推广与应用于膝关节多韧带损伤患者的临床治疗中。
