两种丙肝抗体检测方法的对比研究
瞿莉【摘要】目的:通过用电化学发光法(ECLIA)和化学发光微粒子免疫法(CMIA)分别检测相同血清标本中的丙肝抗体,将结果进行对比分析,判断两种方法的通用性。方法:选取2021年4月到2021年11月南京市妇幼保健院门诊及住院患者114例血液标本,分别以Cobas e601 电化学发光分析仪和Architect i2000 全自动发光免疫分析仪对患者血清丙肝抗体进行检测,比较检测结果。结果:Cobas e601 电化学发光分析仪检测丙肝抗体阴性率61.4%,临界率1.8%,阳性率36.8%,Architect i2000 全自动发光免疫分析仪检测丙肝抗体阴性率21.9%,临界率7.9%,阳性率70.2%,两组检测结果差异有统计学意义。结论:电化学发光法(ECLIA)和化学发光微粒子免疫法(CMIA)在检测血清丙肝抗体中结果差异较大,不可通用。
