    【摘 要】目的：探讨分析丙戊酸镁、丙戊酸镁缓释片以及德巴金缓释片三者之间的药效时效之间的关联分析其临床应用特点。方法：选择2019年4月—2020年9月我院收入的90例患者作为本次研究对象，根据患者在接受治疗时选择的药物不同，将患者分为三组，记录为A组(n=30)、B组(n=30)、C组(n=30)， A组选择丙戊酸镁治疗， B组选择丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗，C组选择德巴金缓释片治疗。比较三组治疗效果。结果：C组治疗总有效率最优93.33%，高于A组与B组(53.33%、60.00%)，两组患者差异不显著，组间对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：德巴金缓释片的药效作用时间更长，能够改善患者病情，应用价值高。
