    【摘要】目的：比较胎头吸引术与产钳术的助产效果；方法：回顾性分析2017年10月—2021年9月在我院行阴道手术助产的单胎产妇96例。其中行胎头吸引术的53例，称为胎头吸引术组；行产钳术的43例，称为产钳术组。结果：胎头吸引术组和产钳术组助产成功率接近，分别为92.45%和95.35%(P>0.05)；胎头吸引术组助产时长长于产钳术组(P<0.05)，所需牵引次数多于产钳术组(P<0.05)，软产道损伤和尿潴留发生率低于产钳术组(P<0.05)，新生儿头皮血肿发生率高于产钳术组(P<0.05)，面部擦伤发生率低于产钳术组(P<0.05)。结论：胎头吸引术和产钳术均有很高的助产成功率，胎头吸引术对母婴的损伤更小，产钳术的助产速度更快。
