    【摘要】目的：分析分阶段护理对卵巢妊娠患者术后心理状况的影响。方法：选择2019年1月—2020年12月收治的70例卵巢妊娠患者进行研究，以随机数表法进行分组，观察组(35例，分阶段护理)与对照组(35例，常规护理)。分析患者负性心理状态、护理满意度。结果：护理后，观察组患者SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组患者护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：分阶段护理可显著缓解患者负性心理状态，提高患者生活质量，提高患者的护理满意度，值得广泛推广。
