    【摘要】子宫破裂通常是指在分娩期间或者是在怀孕期间子宫区域或子宫下部的破裂，是一种严重的分娩并发症。其所引起的产妇出血、感染性休克等症状，严重时会造成产妇死亡，死亡率达百分之五。大多数的子宫破裂发生在怀孕二十八周后，最多发生在分娩过程中，当前来说，子宫破裂的发生率是低于千分之一的，一旦发生，会造成婴儿死亡率直线上升，高达百分之五十以上。

    Clinical analysis of complete rupture of scar uterus pregnancy

    【Abstract】Uterine rupture， which refers to the rupture of the uterine area or lower portion of the uterus during labor or pregnancy， is a serious complication of delivery. Its resulting symptoms， such as maternal hemorrhage and septic shock， can cause maternal death in severe cases， resulting in a mortality rate of five percent. Most uterine ruptures occur after twenty-eight weeks of pregnancy， most during labor， and currently， the incidence of uterine rupture is less than one in a thousand and， once it occurs， causes a straight-line increase in infant mortality， up to more than fifty percent.
