    【摘要】目的：分析当归四逆汤对糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗效果及对中医症状评分的影响。方法：2018年9月—2021年8月，从本院收治的糖尿病周围神经病变中选取72例，利用随机数表法分两组。对照组实施常规治疗，试验组实施当归四逆汤治疗，比较两组治疗情况。结果：试验组治疗总有效率为94.44%，明显高于对照组77.78%(P<0.05)；两组患者治疗前肢体麻木、肢体刺痛、四肢不温评分组间比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；治疗后，两组上述评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05)，组间对比试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对于糖尿病周围神经病变患者，当归四逆汤治疗效果显著，可有效改善患者病情，促进其症状缓解，应用价值较高。
