    【摘要】目的：探究乳腺癌患者PD-L1表达及临床意义。方法：选择在我院进行乳腺癌筛查的女性患者作为研究对象(时间2017年1月—2019年6月)，原位癌15例、浸润癌35例、良性病变15例，对患者进行免疫组织化学染色，比较患者PD-L1阳性表达情况。结果：35例浸润癌患者PD-L1阳性表达率57.14%(20/35)，高于15例原位癌患者PD-L1阳性表达率26.67%(4/15)，差异显著(P<0.05)。15例良性病变者PD-L1阳性表达率为0.00%，与原位癌、浸润癌患者PD-L1阳性表达率相比较，差异均显著(P<0.05)。原位癌患者3内生存率86.67%(13/15)高于浸润癌患者57.14%(20/35)，差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：PD-L1在不同类型乳腺癌中具有差异性的阳性表达，浸润型乳腺癌中阳性表达率较高，可以反映出癌细胞浸润程度，并且对乳腺癌患者治疗、预后起到辅助作用。
