    【摘要】目的：探究新生儿静脉留置针引发静脉炎的原因以及相关护理策略。方法：随机选取我院2020年1月—12月行静脉留置针的72例新生儿，依据抽签法将患儿分为使用护理干预措施的实验组以及未落实护理干预措施的对照组，对比两组新生患儿静脉炎发生率以及患儿家属护理满意度。结果：调查显示，实验组静脉炎发生率显著低于对照组，且患儿家属护理满意度明显优于对照组，组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：新生儿静脉留置针在多种因素的影响下极易出现静脉炎，临床需要配合针对性的护理干预措施来降低静脉炎的发生风险，从而取得最佳的静脉留置针留置效果。
