    【摘要】目的：探讨对妊高症产妇产后出血患者实施优质护理干预的临床价值。方法：纳入对象为本院在2019年6月—2021年5月期间诊治的妊高症产后出血患者，共40例，根据护理方式不同将患者分组，采用常规护理患者为对照组，20例，采用优质护理干预患者为观察组，20例，对比两组护理效果。结果：与对照组相比，采用优质护理的观察组产妇血压降低更加明显，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者产后24h出血量明显低于对照组(P<0.05)，有统计学意义。结论：对妊高症产妇产后出血患者实施优质护理，效果好，可以有效稳定患者的血压水平，减少出血量，值得推荐患者选用。
