    【摘要】目的：分析健康教育配合家属参与护理对老年肺结核患者生活质量的影响。方法：选择我院2019年1月—2020年10月接收的老年肺结核患者92例，分成对照组和观察组，每组46例，对照组选用常规护理，观察组给予健康教育配合家属参与护理，观察并对比两组效果。结果：观察组用药依从率、灵性健康水平及希望水平均明显高于对照组，各项生活质量评分均明显低于对照组，两者对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论：将健康教育配合家属参与护理应用到老年肺结核患者中，不仅可以有效提高患者用药依从性，而且可以提升患者灵性健康水平和希望水平，大大改善患者生活质量，护理效果显著，值得推广应用。
