    【摘要】居民健康档案管理是基础医疗服务发展的基础，是基层卫生服务的重要组成部分。健康档案主要能够对居民的健康情况进行全面的掌握，是公共卫生服务为居民提供卫生保健服务的关键内容。由于目前地区流动人口量较大，加上大部分居民对于健康档案重视度较低，导致出现健康档案更新不及时、“死档”等现状问题，对档案的科学性、准确率造成极大的负面影响，因此需要对健康档案管理现状、问题进行分析后，随后采取针对性措施进行解决，从而提升居民健康档案管理的水平。
