    【摘要】目的：对重症监护室患者肠内营养相关性腹泻的相关因素及防治措施进行探讨。方法：回顾性分析我院第二重症监护室在2019年6月—2019年8月收治的54例肠内营养性腹泻患者的临床资料。结果：54例患者在经过仔细监测检查和相应的护理后，治疗和护理效果良好。导致本病的常见影响因素包括患者的身体因素、营养液的容量和速度、营养液的开始时间和浓度、温度等多种原因。结論：通过与重症监护室患者的实际情况进行结合，通过护理人员的照顾，并且在进行肠内营养支持时，对营养液的用量、投加率和投加时间加以控制，并对患者的血糖等症状进行纠正治疗，能够有效地减轻ICU患者出现营养相关性腹泻的情况。
