    【摘要】目的：分析对骨科术后下肢深静脉血栓的护理干预以及预防效果。方法：选取在2020年4月—2020年8月在我院接受骨科手术患者107例，将其随机分为对照组和观察组。其中，对照组有53人，并接受常规护理干预，观察组有54人，在常规护理的基础上结合相关并发症的护理干预。对比两组患者的临床效果。结果：通过不同护理干预，观察组患者的下肢深静脉血栓发生率为3.7%，对照组的下肢深静脉血栓发生率为18.9%，两组患者在骨科术后下肢深静脉血栓的发生率存在较大的差异，具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：通过对患者采取并发症方面的预防干预，能够有效地降低骨科患者术后静脉血栓的发生概率，进而起到良好的并发症预防以及护理的效果，具有临床价值。
