    【摘要】目的：分析营养干预联合综合康复护理运用在老年骨质疏松性骨折患者中的价值。方法：于我院收治的76例老年骨质疏松性骨折患者为研究目标，按照抽签法分为研究和对照两组，各组分别应用营养干预与综合康复护理、常规护理干预等，详细记录两组患者数据并加以讨论。结果：与对照组相比，研究组患者各项自我管理能力评分显著更高，具有意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者护理总满意度高于对照组患者，存在意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者各项生活质量低于研究组患者，有意义(P<0.05)。结论：给予老年骨质疏松性骨折患者营养干预和综合康复护理方法，可获得较高护理效果，且提高患者护理总满意度，改善其生活质量，促进其病情康复，故值得推广应用。
