    【摘要】目的：观察痔疮疾病治疗中改良传统痔疮切除术和吻合器痔上黏膜环切术的治疗效果。方法：共选择80例痔疮患者，就诊时间为2019年1月—2021年9月，分组方式为随机，吻合器痔上黏膜环切术用于对照组，改良传统痔疮切除术用于观察组，每组各40例。结果：观察组并发症发生率低于对照组，临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：在痔疮疾病治疗中，改良传统痔疮切除术有助于降低患者并发症发生率，疾病临床治疗效果显著。
