    【摘要】目的：对比研究同视野下荧光染色法和氢氧化钾湿片法在诊断浅部真菌感染中的敏感度。方法：选取2019年1月—2021年6月间我院收治的浅部真菌感染患者200例作为研究对象，取材后分两份，分别采用荧光染色法和氢氧化钾湿片法进行诊断，比较两种方法下患者的诊断敏感度。结果：比较荧光染色法和氢氧化钾湿片法诊断不同类型浅部真菌感染的敏感性，均有荧光染色法优于氢氧化钾湿片法的情况，二者总的诊断敏感性分别为98.00%、91.50%，前者显著高于后者，比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论：在浅部真菌感染的诊断中，荧光染色法相较于氢氧化钾湿片法有更好的敏感性，适合临床推广应用。
