    【摘要】目的：探讨并分析胫骨远端骨折应用新型锁定交锁髓内钉固定的疗效。方法：选择我院2018年1月—2019年5月接收的胫骨远端骨折患者73例作为本次研究对象，所有患者均给予新型锁定交锁髓内钉固定治疗，观察其效果。结果：73例患者中得到有效回访数量为65例，有效回访率为89.04%。65例患者治疗有效率为98.46%，平均愈合时间为(5.56±1.12)个月，并发症发生率为3.08%。结论：胫骨远端骨折患者应用新型锁定交锁髓内钉固定治疗的疗效较好，治疗有效率较高，并发症发生率较低，临床可深入研究并推广。
