    【摘要】目的：探究鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的护理体会。方法：从2020年5月—2021年5月患者资料中，共选择出50例接受鼻内窥镜手术的患者。将其按照双盲法原则划分组别，每组25例。在接受相同手术的基础上，对照组予以常规护理，研究组予以综合护理。最终分别对比两组疗效、护理满意度、睡眠质量等指标。结果：研究组治疗总有效率为96.0%，高于对照组的72.0%(P<0.05)；同时研究组患者对护理工作的满意度更好，整体睡眠质量也得到更为显著的改善(P<0.05)。结论：鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎患者过程中，应当予以患者综合性的护理方法，从而在提升治疗效果的同时，改善患者睡眠质量。此方法获得患者的认可度高，优势明显值得进一步推广。
