内科护理质量提升中质量管理的应用分析
岳蕊【摘要】目的:分析在内科护理中通过开展质量管理对提升护理质量的临床价值。方法:抽取2020年3月—2021年8月本院内科86例住院患者,随机数字表法分组,对照组为常规护理,观察组联合应用质量管理,比较两组患者的护理服务满意度以及护理前后的焦虑、抑郁情绪。结果:观察组护理满意度为100.00%,高于对照组的88.37%(P<0.05);护理前两组SAS、SDS评分差异不大(P>0.05),护理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分较对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论:在内科患者护理中进行质量管理可有效提升护理质量,有利于和谐护患关系并改善患者的负性情绪。
