    【摘要】目的：评析在手术室护理管理过程当中开展人性化管理理念重要性。方法：选取2018年12月—2020年2月我院行手术治疗的150例患者作为研究对象，根据红蓝球抽取方式分为75例参照组(常规护理)，而其余75例划分为观察组(人性化管理护理)，对比两组患者的护理差错发生率、医疗事故发生率、投诉率以及护理满意度。结果：观察组患者的护理差错发生率、医疗事故发生率、投诉率均低于参照组，且护理满意度高于参照组，差异较大(P<0.05)。结论：在手术室护理管理中实施人性化管理理念，能够充分體现“以人为本”的精神，更好的了解患者的真实想法，提升患者的护理满意度，值得临床推广。
