    【摘要】目的：分析冠心病患者的人性化护理效果。方法：计入2019年1月—2019年12月的80例冠心病患者，根据事实护理干预方式进行组别划分，对照组(40例)患者通过采用一般护理模式进行病症的护理和治疗，观察组(40例)患者通过将人性化护理作用于病症的护理和治疗，患者的满意度以及治疗效果将作为最终护理结果对比标准。结果：满意度对比中，观察组高于对照组，效果对比中，观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：通过对心内科冠心病患者进行人性化护理干预，患者可保持更高护理满意度，另外针对冠心病患者的恢复也可取得显著的恢复效果，对提高后期护理依从性具有一定的奠定作用，效果显著，值得广泛推广。
