    【摘要】目的：讨论精神病患者以个性化护理对静脉输液的效果。方法：选取精神病患者82例，分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(个性化护理)。比较两组的输液依从性、情绪状态、满意度。结果：观察组的输液依从性高于对照组，SAS、SDS分数低于对照组，观察组的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：个性化护理使精神病患者在静脉输液时的依从性得到明显提升，有效缓解患者负面情绪，提高满意度，值得肯定。
