    【摘要】目的：创伤性骨折患者实施疼痛控制护理干预，分析对患者术后康复情况的影响。方法：随机选择我科2021年1月—2021年6月之间收治的创伤性骨折患者140例为研究对象，以患者病历序号单偶数进行分组，分析组展开疼痛控制护理；对比组展开常规护理。比较两组护理效果。结果：分析组患者的关节功能评分、睡眠时间高于对比组(P<0.05)；分析组愈合时间、肿胀值以及疼痛评分低于对比组(P<0.05)，有统计学意义。行分组治疗后，分析组患者的SAS、SDS评分低于对比组(P<0.05)，有统计学意义。结论：疼痛控制护理的应用有利于创伤性骨折患者的术后关节功能恢复，大大降低患者的疼痛感，减轻其肿胀程度，缩短患者的住院时间，显著提升护理效果。
