    【摘要】目的：研究分析乳腺癌化疗患者应用循证方案指导下的阶梯式心理护理对其负性心理的影响。方法：选取2020年6月—2021年6月于我院接受化疗治疗的乳腺癌患者40例，根据入院先后顺序分为常规组(n=20)与试验组(n=20)，常规组予以常规护理，试验组予以循证方案指导下的阶梯式心理护理，分析其对负性心理影响。结果：护理前，两组患者抑郁、焦虑评分相比，差异不显著，无统计学意义(P>0.05)，护理后，两组患者抑郁、焦虑评分相比，试验组明显较低，差异显著，有统计学意义(P<0.05)；常规组不良反应发生率为40.00%，试验组不良反应发生率为5.00%，两组相比，试验组不良反应发生率明显较低，差异显著，有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：乳腺癌化疗患者予以循证方案指导下的阶梯式心理护理不仅可以调节患者负性心理，还可减少不良反应，效果显著。
