    【摘要】目的：在创伤性骨折护理中，分析心理干预的实际应用价值。方法：选择我院创伤性骨折患者80例，选取时间设置为2020年7月—2021年8月，患者入选后通过随机分组法分为研究组、对照组两组，每组各40例。前者实施心理干预措施，后者给予常规护理方案，观察上述措施实施后患者机体恢复情况。结果：与研究组相比，对照组SDS(抑郁自评量表)、SAS(焦虑自评量表)评分较高(P<0.05)，统计学分析有意义；两组满意度对比显示，研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)，结果有意义。结论：心理干预可以从心理、生理等多个层次落实护理干预，可行性较高，可以加快患者康复速度。
