    【摘要】目的：研究对肺结核患者应用利福平联合吡嗪酰胺与异烟肼治疗的效果。方法：选取本院接收的肺结核患者80例(2019年1月—2021年9月)，分组方式为随机抽签分组，对照组(40例，应用利福平联合吡嗪酰胺与左氧氟沙星治疗)，观察组(40例，应用利福平联合吡嗪酰胺与异烟肼治疗)，比较两组治疗前后肺功能指标、临床治疗效果及不良反应发生状况。结果：治疗后，两组肺功能指标(FVC、FEV1、FEF)均升高，与对照组对比，观察组肺功能指标更高(P<0.05)。与对照组治疗总有效率(75.00%)相比，观察组(95.00%)更高(P<0.05)。结论：于肺结核治疗中，应用利福平联合吡嗪酰胺与异烟肼治疗效果理想，可改善患者肺功能，安全性较高，具备较高的推广可行性。
