    【摘要】目的：评判硝酸甘油+硝普钠应用于缺血性心肌病心衰患者治疗中的效果。方法：抽取我院2020年2月—2021年8月的78例缺血性心肌病心衰患者进行研究，采取计算机表法进行分组，分为观察组(共计39例)和对照组(共计39例)。观察组采用硝酸甘油+硝普钠方案治疗，对照组采用硝酸甘油治疗，比较两组临床疗效差异性。结果：观察组在治疗效果方面和对照组比较，组间的数据差异存在(P<0.05)。观察组在心输出量、每搏输出量方面，和对照组比较组间的数據差异存在(P<0.05)。结论：缺血性心肌病心衰治疗中，选用硝酸甘油+硝普钠方案的效果较好，同时能很好地改善患者的心输出量、每搏输出量，故此值得在该病患者的治疗中予以应用、推广。
