    【摘要】目的：探究米力农治疗老年缺血性心肌病(ICM)心力衰竭效果。方法：选取110例患者作为样本分析，分成不同组别，每组均55例。常规组使用临床常规化治疗，即用利尿剂、地高辛等药物维持患者体征稳定。研究组基于常规组增加米力农注射液治疗。结果：研究组BNP、LVEDD、LVESD水平下降更多，且SV、LVEF指标上升更显著(P<0.05)。结论：米力农治疗老年ICM心力衰竭疗效明显，值得被广为推行。
