    【摘要】目的：研究氯吡格雷联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗脑梗死的临床效果。方法：从我院择选脑梗死患者58例，时间线2020年2月—2021年6月，分为应用单纯的氯吡格雷治疗(对照组)与应用氯吡格雷联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗(观察组)，两组均29例。比较两组效果。结果：观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组患者的神经功能与日常生活能力好于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组的生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：针对脑梗死患者，临床行氯吡格雷联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗，值得推广。

    Clinical effect of clopidogrel combined with atorvastatin calcium on cerebral infarction.

    【Abstract】Objective：To study the clinical effect of clopidogrel combined with atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods：fifty-eight patients with cerebral infarction were selected from our hospital from February 2020 to June 2021.They were divided into two groups：clopidogrel alone (control group) and clopidogrel combined with atorvastatin calcium (observation group).Both groups were n=29.The effects of the two groups were compared.Results：The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05)；The neurological function and daily living ability of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05)；The quality of life of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion：For patients with cerebral infarction ......
