    【摘要】目的通过在静脉用药调配中心开展强化管理模式，探索强化管理模式在其中的临床应用效果以及医院感染发生率带来的影响。方法我院静脉用药调配中心在2019年1月—2019年12月实施普通管理，在2020年1月—2020年12月则实施强化管理措施。结果开展普通管理模式期间出现医院感染情况共计31次，其中未严格根据有关制度实施操作占比最高，为4.25%。同时对照组医院感染发生率明显高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论通过对静脉用药调配中心开展强化管理模式所取得的临床应用效果明显，可以提高用药安全性的同时，还促使医院感染发生率呈下降趋势。
