    【摘要】目的：研究对慢性心力衰竭患者使用β受体阻滞剂(酒石酸美托洛尔)联合他汀类药物(阿托伐他汀钙片)治疗的效果。方法：从2018年1月—2021年1月期间我院收治的慢性心力衰竭患者中随机抽取36例进行研究，电脑随机分配的方式将患者分为对照组(单一β受体阻滞剂：酒石酸美托洛尔治疗)和观察组(酒石酸美托洛尔联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗)各18例，对比两组患者治疗总有效率和治疗后心功能指标，心功能指标选择左室舒张末期内径、左室收缩末期内径、左室射血分数和心脏指数。结果：观察组患者的治疗总有效率为94.44%，显著高于对照组患者的66.67%；观察组患者的LVEDD、LVESD、LVEF和CI指标均显著优于对照组。以上差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在使用β受体阻滞剂治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的基础上联合使用他汀类药物治疗可以显著改善患者的心功能指标，提升治疗总有效率，可在临床中推广普及。
